...Darrell Thomsen 'spells out' what it means to be a masterful leader in the workplace when leaders engage everyone's potential in an organization.

Colonel Darrell Thomsen is both an experienced leader and avid student of leadership. I first met Colonel Thomsen when he was speaking to a room full of local Rotarians and business leaders. I was so impressed with his passion about leadership and his inspiring advice, I knew my team and I needed to learn from him. After the first training session, my administrative team naturally responded to his training and started to make meaningful changes immediately. He crafted an atmosphere of togetherness through storytelling and meaningful exercises. He connected with each individual present to create a positive, encouraging learning environment. Colonel Thomsen shared personal experiences that were purposeful and provided a connection between life experiences and the techniques he was teaching. Even in his teaching approach, he displayed a humble, servant leadership style and talked with conviction and excitement to help us create a stronger team. Regardless of whether he is in a room full of business leaders or in a faith-based, educational setting, his expertise shines brightly. I highly recommend his professional development seminars to anyone serious about creating a solid team and being a dependable leader.

Having served in premier assignments, to include FORSCOM, USMA-West Point, and the 82nd Airborne Division, Darrell Thomsen is more than qualified to address issues of leadership. The valuable insights, though challenging both mentally and spiritually, are essential for anyone wanting to master the art of leadership.
